Fundamental Box Lacrosse Teams
Fundamental Lacrosse will be fielding Box Teams that will play in Sessions II & III of the InSports Box Lacrosse League. These teams will be formed by grade level to compete in this league. Our teams will have a weekly 1 hr practice and compete in a weekly 1 hr game held on Saturdays (Gr 5-8) or Sundays (HS).
Led by Coach Mark Miyashita, current SHU Assistant Coach and former professional (indoor) player that grew up in Canada playing Box lacrosse. Practice for Box Lacrosse will focus on teaching the different skills that the indoor game enhances and allows players to truly understand how the game is intended to be played.
Coach Miyashita's Box Lacrosse experience includes:

- #1 overall pick in 2003, Western Lacrosse Association (WLA) Entry Draft
